Yes. The free plan covers 1 PC with 20-minute sessions, up to 5 sessions per day, no credit card. Paid plans start at $2.99 CAD for a 7-day license.
Who pays?
The technician. The end client receiving support pays nothing and creates no account.
Does the client have to install anything?
They run a small program (no admin rights for the runtime version). A service version also allows permanent access.
Difference between Instant support and Subscription?
Instant support ($2.99 CAD) gives a 7-day license for 3 PCs. The subscription ($5.99 CAD/mo) allows continuous use.
Quels systèmes sont pris en charge ?
Windows only for now (Windows 10 and 11).
Is it secure?
Yes: encrypted relay (TLS, pinned certificate), signed tokens, logged sessions, hashed passwords.
