Remote support with no install
Inuksuk enables remote support with no heavy install: the client runs a small portable program, no admin rights, and you take control. Nothing is permanently installed on their machine.
Supported systems: Windows 10 and 11.
No administrator rights
The portable version runs in the user's account, with no admin password. Handy when the client isn't an administrator of their PC.
Nothing to configure
No ports to open or firewall to tweak: the outbound connection goes through our secure relay. The client just runs the file.
A permanent option if needed
For recurring access, a service version can be installed (with admin rights, once). Choose per need.
